摘　　要：目的 探究与分析诺舒子宫内膜去除术治疗异常子宫出血的预后影响因素.方法 回顾性分析吴桥县中西医结合医院自2020年4月-2022年7月收治的实施诺舒子宫内膜去除术治疗的80例异常子宫出血患者的临床资料,按照术后闭经发生率可分为闭经组(n=33)以及无闭经组(n=47),先后采取单因素以及多因素Logistic回归分析探讨诺舒子宫内膜去除术治疗异常子宫出血的预后影响因素.结果 闭经组与无闭经组相比,剖宫产史发生率及子宫腺肌病发生率均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实施多因素Logistic回归分析可见剖宫产史、子宫腺肌病可作为诺舒子宫内膜去除术治疗异常子宫出血的预后影响因素.结论 剖宫产史、子宫腺肌病可作为诺舒子宫内膜去除术治疗异常子宫出血的预后影响因素.Objective To explore and analyze the prognostic factors of Northrop endometrial removal in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods Clinical data of 80 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding treated by Noscho endometrial removal from April 2020 to July 2022 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the incidence of postoperative amenorrhea,they could be divided into amenorrhea group(n=33)and non-amenorrhea group(n=47).Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to investigate the prognostic factors of Noscho endometrial removal in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Results The incidence of cesarean section history and adenomyosis in amenorrhea group was higher than that in non-amenorrhea group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multifactor Logistic regression analysis showed that cesarean section history and adenomyopathy could be used as prognostic factors in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding by Noscho endometrial removal.Conclusion History of cesarean section and adenomyopathy can be used as prognostic factors in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding by Noshu endometrial removal.
