摘　　要：目的 探讨基于血栓弹力图对产科出血患者凝血状态影响的临床研究,为产科出血患者临床治疗提供干预的理论基础,提高患者长期坚持的信心、指导医务工作人员掌握正确的治疗方法.方法 选取肇庆市第二人民医院产科收治的120例产科出血患者作为研究对象,选取时间为2023年1月-2024年3月.采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例.其中对照组产妇予以常规凝血检测,观察组产妇予以血栓弹力图检测.比较两组产妇一般资料,记录比较产妇年龄与凝血指标关系,记录观察组TEG相关参数,分析观察组产妇凝血功能指标与TEG参数相关性.结果 观察组及对照组产妇年龄、孕周及BMI均无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组产妇与观察组产妇各项常规凝血指标对比,均无明显差异(P>0.05);产妇年龄越大,APTT、PT指标越高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),FIB、D-D指标和年龄无明显相关性;观察组产妇产前TEG检测参数R均值为(4.17±0.85)分钟,K均值为(1.34±0.79)分钟,Angle均值为(69.87±5.21)度,MA均值为(72.79±6.56)mm;采用Person相关性分析,结果显示,观察组产妇TEG参数MA值与D-D呈显著正相关性,Angle与D-D呈显著正相关性,K与PT呈显著正相关性,R值与D-D呈负相关性,且均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 TEG检测在评估产妇凝血功能方面具有较高的临床应用价值,可以通过监测TEG参数了解产妇凝血功能状态,为临床预防血栓形成提供有力依据.Ob jective To explore the clinical study on the impact of thromboelastography on coagulation status in obstetric hemorrhage patients,provide a theoretical basis for intervention in the clinical treatment of obstetric hemorrhage patients,enhance patients'confidence in long-term adherence,and guide medical staff to master correct treatment methods.Methods A total of 120 obstetric hemorrhage patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,covering the period from January 2023 to March 2024.They were divided into control and observation groups using a random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine coagulation tests for parturients,while the observation group received thromboelastography tests.General data of the two groups of parturients were compared,and the relationship between parturient age and coagulation indicators was recorded.The TEG-related parameters of the observation group were recorded,and the correlation between coagulation function indicators of parturients in the observation group and TEG parameters was analyzed.Results There were no significant diferences in the age,gestational weeks,and BMI of parturients between the observation and control groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in routine coagulation indicators between the control and observation groups of parturients,and the dfferences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The older the parturient,the higher the APTT and PT indicators,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and there was no significant correlation between FIB,D-D indicators,and age.The mean R value of TEG parameters before delivery in the observation group was(4.17±0.85)minutes,the mean K value was(1.34±0.79)minutes,the mean Angle was(69.87±5.21)degrees,and the mean MA was(72.79±6.56)mm.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the MA value of TEG parameters in the observation group was significantly positively correlated with D-D,Angle was signif
