水痘减毒活疫苗对小儿水痘预防效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析水痘减毒活疫苗(varv)对小儿水痘(CP)的预防效果及安全性.方法 按回顾性分析法将2021年1月-2023年5月接种varv的90例儿童作为此次研究对象,将其纳入观察组,另选取同时间段内88例尚未接种varv儿童作为对照组,分析两组CP发生率、出疹所用时长、脱痂所用时长以及恢复状况.结果 观察组CP发生率为2.22%,明显低于对照组的20.45%(P<0.05);观察组出疹所用时长、脱痂所用时长明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发病病程、治疗疗程时长明显短于对照组(P<0.05).结论 与未接种varv儿童相比较,接种varv的小儿发生CP风险更低,能够有效起到预防作用,且在缩短病程及恢复时间方面也发挥一定作用.Objective To analyze the preventive effect and safety of varicella attenuated live vaccine on pediatric chickenpox.Methods According to the retrospective analysis method,90 children who received varv from January 2021 to May 2023 were included in the observation group,and 88 children who had not yet received varv in the same time period were selected as the control group,and the incidence rate of CP,the length of time for the appearance of the rash,the length of time for the scabs to come off,and the recovery status were analyzed in the two groups.Results The incidence rate of CP in the observation group was 2.22%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,which was 20.45%(P<0.05);the length of time for the appearance of the rash and the removal of the scabs was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the duration of the onset of the disease and the length of the treatment course in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with unvaccinated varv children,the risk of CP is lower in varv-vaccinated pediatrics,which can effectively play a preventive role,and also plays a role in shortening the duration of illness and recovery time.
