思维导图引导式干预在男性精神分裂症意念模仿行为训练患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 研究在行意念模仿行为训练的男性SP患者中使用思维导图引导式干预的效果及对认知功能、社会适应能力的影响.方法 按随机数字表法将2021年9月-2023年9月内蒙古自治区精神卫生中心选择的83例男性SP患者分为常规组(41例)和引导组(42例),两组均接受常规护理干预,常规组给予意念模仿行为训练,引导组再加以思维导图引导式干预,对比两组患者症状改善效果、认知功能、社会适应能力.结果 引导组干预后的阳性症状与阴性症状得分均低于常规组(P<0.05),正确应答评分高于常规组,持续错误评分低于常规组(P<0.05),社会适应功能评估量表(SAFE)各项得分及总分均低于常规组(P<0.05).结论 思维导图引导式干预联合意念模仿行为训练可通过改善男性SP患者的认知功能,有效改善疾病症状,提高其社会适应能力.Ob jective To investigate the effects of mind map guided intervention on cognitive function and social adaptability in male SP patients undergoing mental imitation behavior training.Methods 83 male SP patients selected by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Mental Health Center from September 2021 to September 2023 were randomly divided into a conventional group(41 cases)and a guidance group(42 cases)using a random number table method.Both groups received routine nursing intervention,with the control group receiving training on ideation and imitation behavior,and the guidance group receiving mind map guided intervention.The symptom improvement effect,cognitive function,and social adaptation ability of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,the positive and negative symptom scores of the guidance group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05),the correct response score was higher than that of the conventional group,the sustained error score was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the scores of various items and total scores of the Social Adaptation Function Assessment Scale(SAFE)were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping guided intervention combined with mind imitation behavior training can effectively improve the cognitive function of male SP patients,improve disease symptoms,and enhance their social adaptability.
