摘　　要：目的 分析ICU护士术前访视对心脏搭桥(coronary-artery-bypass-grafting,CABG)术后患者心理应激反应以及负性情绪的影响.方法 此研究随机在2019年1月-2022年12月期间于天津市胸科医院接受CABG治疗的患者中抽取78例开展试验研究,为了试验研究公平、公正性以电脑随机分组法实现患者分组,其中39例患者为对照组,实施常规护理,另外39例患者为观察组,在对照组基础上加用ICU护士术前访视.结果 两组患者治疗前心理应激反应指标水平比较,无显著统计学差异,P>0.05;观察组患者治疗后SBP、DBP以及HR等心理应激反应指标水平均显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05.两组患者治疗前负性情绪评分并不存在显著差异,P>0.05;观察组患者治疗后焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪评分与对照组患者相比明显较低,P<0.05.结论 在为接受CABG治疗的患者实施护理服务的过程中做好ICU护士术前访视工作是十分必要的,可以在一定程度上改善患者的术后心理应激反应及负性情绪指标,为患者的术后更好恢复以及预后改善奠定了基础,值得予以进一步临床推广以及应用.Objective To analyze the effects of preoperative visit by ICU nurses on psychological stress response and negative emotion of patients after cardiac bypass grafting(CABG).Methods A total of 78 patients who received CABG treatment in hospitals from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly selected to carry out the experimental study.In order to ensure the fairness and fairness of the experimental study,patients were grouped by computer randomization method.39 patients were in the control group and received routine care,and the other 39 patients were in the observation group.In addition to the control group,preoperative visits by ICU nurses were added.Results There was no significant difference in the level of psychological stress response between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,SBP,DBP,HR and other psychological stress response indexes in observation group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in negative emotion score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of anxiety,depression and other negative emotions in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nursing services for patients receiving CABG treatment,it is very necessary to do a good job of preoperative visit by ICU nurses,which can improve the postoperative psychological stress response and negative emotional indicators of patients to a certain extent,and lay a foundation for better postoperative recovery and prognosis improvement of patients,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
