益气活血化痰法联合无创辅助通气治疗慢阻肺急性加重期呼吸衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨益气活血化痰法联合无创辅助通气治疗慢阻肺急性加重期呼吸衰竭疗效.方法 选取2021年1月-2023年12月广东省佛山市高明区中医院收治的慢阻肺急性加重期呼吸衰竭患者60例,分为两组,对照组选择无创辅助通气治疗,研究组在此基础上辅以益气活血化痰法治疗.结果 研究组治疗效果更好(P<0.05);研究组肺功能更好(P<0.05);研究组血气指标更好(P<0.05).结论 益气活血化痰法联合无创辅助通气治疗慢阻肺急性加重期呼吸衰竭的效果更好,能够有效改善机体的临床症状,恢复整体肺功能,调节机体血气指标,应该推广.Objective To investigate the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan method combined with non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)respiratory failure.Methods Sixty patients with AECOPD respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group received non-invasive ventilation,while the study group received Yiqi Huoxue Huatan method in addition to non-invasive ventilation.Results The treatment effect was better in the study group(P<0.05);lung function was better in the study group(P<0.05);blood gas indicators were better in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan method and non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of AECOPD respiratory failure is more effective,can effectively improve clinical symptoms,restore overall lung function,and regulate blood gas indicators,and should be promoted.
