煎药机煎煮中药饮片控制加水量方法的探讨

摘  要:目的 探讨自动煎药机煎煮中药饮片时的中药代煎药吸水率、挤压率、煎药机蒸发量变化规律,建立中药饮片适宜的加水量,从而为保证中药汤剂的质量提供参考.方法 选取江苏省东台市中医院180名患者的代煎药,根据公式:中药饮片加水量=处方量×吸水率+理论加水量×(1+挤压率)+蒸发量推算出煎煮中药加水量.结果 将推算出的加水量代入患者代煎药中运用,每剂药的加水量在0.65-0.69L之间,经验证试验表明平均误差为7.11%,控制在10%以内,即该方法实际运用可行.结论 此研究推断出处方药在煎药机煎煮中药时加水量,为煎药人员提供参考,方便煎药人员的实际操作.Objective To explore the changes of water absorption rate,extrusion rate and evaporation of Chinese traditional medicine decoction machine when Chinese traditional medicine decoction pieces are decocted by decoction machine,and to establish the appropriate amount of water added to Chinese traditional medicine decoction pieces,so as to provide reference for ensuring the quality of Chinese traditional medicine decoction.Methods The decoction of 180 patients in our hospital was selected,and the substitute decoction of traditional Chinese medicine was calculated according to the formula:liquid amount=prescription amount x water absorption rate+theoretical liquid amount×(I+extrusion rate)+evaporation capacity.Results The calculated amount of water added was substituted into the decoction for patients,and the amount of water added to each dose was between 0.65L and 0.69L.The empirical test showed that the average error was 7.11%,which was controlled within 10%,indicating that the method was feasible in practice.Conclusion In this study,it is inferred that the amount of water should be added to the prescription drug when decocting Chinese traditional medicine in the decoction machine,which provides a reference for the decoction personnel and is convenient for the actual operation of the decoction personnel.
