滋肾疏肝化痰法和知柏地黄丸轮替疗法用于女童性早熟临床研究

摘　　要：目的评估滋肾疏肝化痰法和知柏地黄丸轮替疗法用于性早熟的临床效果,探索中医药治疗方法。方法采用回顾性研究,观察56例性早熟女童采用滋肾疏肝化痰法和知柏地黄丸轮替疗法的临床效果,收集临床数据并分析。结果经6个月干预,患儿雌二醇、促性腺激素水平,子宫、卵巢容积及骨龄指数较干预前均下降,预测成年终身高较干预前增加,且中医证候积分较治疗前均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗总有效率为85.71%(48/56),其中显效26例(46.43%)、好转22例(39.29%)、无效8例(14.29%)。结论将滋肾疏肝化痰法和知柏地黄丸轮替疗法用于性早熟患儿,能够控制患儿第二性征发育、降低骨龄指数、改善临床症状、延缓骨龄快速进展,改善性早熟儿童预测成年终身高。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of nourishing kidney and soothing liver for eliminating phlegm and Zhibai Di⁃huang pills alternate therapy in the treatment of precocious puberty,and to explore the methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of precocious puberty.Methods A retrospective study was conducted in this study to observe the therapeutic effect of nour⁃ishing kidney and soothing liver for eliminating phlegm and Zhibai Dihuang pills rotation therapy on 56 girls with precocious puberty.The clinical data were collected and analyzed.Results A total of 56 cases were collected and treated with kidney nourishing and liver removing phlegm and Zhibai Dihuang pills.After 6 months of intervention,estradiol,gonadotropin levels,uterus,ovary volume,and bone age index decreased compared with before intervention,adult height was predicted to increase compared with before intervention,and TCM syndrome score decreased compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The over⁃all effective rate was 85.71%(48/56),among which 26 cases(46.43%)had obvious effect,22 cases(39.29%)had improvement,and 8 cases(14.29%)had no effect.Conclusion The application of nourishing kidney and soothing liver for eliminating phlegm and Zhibai Dihuang pills rotation therapy in the treatment of precocious puberty can control the development of secondary sex characteristics,re⁃duce bone age index,improve clinical symptoms,delay the rapid progression of bone age,and improve the prediction of adult life height in children with precocious puberty.
