生化汤联合益母草颗粒促进产后子宫复旧临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生化汤足浴联合益母草颗粒口服对产妇子宫复旧的影响。方法选择2022年1月—2022年10月万安县妇幼保健院收治的60例自然分娩产妇作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组采用益气凉血安宫汤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予生化汤联合益母草颗粒治疗,分析并比较两组产妇的中医证候疗效、子宫三径之和、宫底高度、恶露持续时间、生活质量及不良反应。结果观察组中医证候总有效率为96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照组的76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组子宫三径之和小于对照组(P<0.05),宫底高度高于对照组(P<0.05),血性恶露及浆液性恶露持续时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),36条目简明健康量表(SF-36)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组产妇不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生化汤联合益母草颗粒有助于促进产妇子宫复旧,安全性高,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Shenghua decoction foot bath combined with Yimucao granules orally for promoting postpartum uterine rejuvenation.Methods A total of 60 parturients with spontaneous delivery in Wan’an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the observation group of 30 cases and the control group of 30 cases.The control group was treated with Yiqi Liangxue Angong decoction,and the observation group was treated with Shenghua decoction combined with Yimucao granules on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of TCM syndromes,the sum of three uterine diameters,the height of the fundus,the duration of lochia,the quality of life and adverse re⁃actions of the two groups of parturients were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the observa⁃tion group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.67%,23/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,the sum of uterine diameter in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the fundal height was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the duration of lochia bleeding and lochia serosa was significantly shorter than that in the con⁃trol group(P<0.05),and the score of 36-item Compact Health Scale(SF-36)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The com⁃bination of Shenghua decoction and Yimucao granules is helpful to promote postpartum uterine rejuvenation,and has high safety and certain clinical application value.
