摘　　要：肺癌发病率和病死率在我国高居第一。中西医结合诊治肺癌具有独特的优势。李娟教授认为,肺癌的核心病机是痰火相搏,结成窠囊;治疗以攻逐泻下,直捣其穴为主,且须根据不同时期辨证施治。初期邪盛正实,当先攻之,以遏其邪毒;中期邪气愈炽,正气受伤,当予攻补兼施;晚期正气大伤,不耐攻伐,当以补为主,扶正培本以消积。Lung cancer has the highest incidence rate and mortality rate in China.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has unique advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.Professor Li Juan believes that the core pathogenesis of lung cancer is that phlegm and fire fight each other and form a nest.The treatment is mainly to attack and expel diar⁃rhea,and directly pound the acupoints,and it must be treated according to the syndrome differentiation in different periods.In the early stage,the evil is flourishing and real.We should attack first to curb its evil poison.In the middle period,the evil qi will become fiercer and the healthy qi will be injured,and should attack and repair at the same time.In the late period,the vital energy was seri⁃ously injured,and he was not resistant to attack.He should give priority to supplement,and strengthen the vital energy to eliminate ac⁃cumulation.
