摘　　要：文章介绍全国名老中医药专家、江西省名中医林家坤教授诊治新型冠状病毒感染者(轻型)的中医药临证经验。正值国家持续优化新型冠状病毒防疫措施之际,林教授结合赣西地区时令疫毒的特点,因时因地制宜,提出风寒疫毒侵袭人体体表三层阳气是此次本地新型冠状病毒感染者的主要疾病特点;从固护阳气角度介绍新型冠状病毒的中医预防方,并进一步选用仲景经方,从风寒疫毒闭遏太阳经脉、风寒疫毒挟湿、阴阳毒病、疫毒直中脾胃等方向辨析新型冠状病毒感染者(轻型)的临床特点与诊治经验。This article introduced the experience of Professor Lin Jiakun,a famous traditional medicine expert in Jiangxi province,in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with mild COVID-19.According to the characteristics of seasonal epidemic virus in West Ji⁃angxi,Professor Lin suggested that the epidemic virus of wind-cold attacking the three layers of human body surface was the main dis⁃ease characteristic of the patients infected by COVID-19,and that the epidemic virus of wind-cold attacking the three layers of hu⁃man body surface was the main disease characteristic of the patients infected by COVID-19,to introduce the traditional Chinese medi⁃cine preventive formula of coronavirus from the angle of protecting yang qi,and further select Zhongjing classic prescription treatment of wind-cold epidemic virus to block the meridian,wind-cold epidemic virus with dampness,yin-yang virus,epidemic virus directly in the spleen and stomach and other type diagnosis and treatment experience of mild COVID-19.
