摘　　要：胃食管反流病是消化科常见的疾病之一,中医在治疗胃食管反流病方面具有一定的优势。此文从“虚、郁、瘀”理论出发,认为脾虚为发病之本,肝郁推动疾病发展,血瘀使疾病难愈;临床应以健运脾胃、条达肝气、活血祛瘀为治疗原则,使正气得复、邪气得除,以提高临床治疗胃食管反流病的效果,为中医治疗胃食管反流病提供新的角度。Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is one of the common diseases of digestive system.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of GERD.Based on the theory of“deficiency,depression and stasis”,this paper held that spleen deficiency is the root of the disease,liver depression promotes the development of the disease,and blood stasis makes the dis⁃ease difficult to cure.Clinical treatment should be the principle of strengthening the spleen and stomach,reaching the liver qi,promot⁃ing blood circulation and removing blood stasis,so as to restore the healthy qi and remove the evil qi,in order to improve the clinical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease effect,to provide a new Angle for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gastroesopha⁃geal reflux disease.
