摘　　要：尿毒症脑病(UE)是由严重肾功能衰竭引起的广泛可逆性的代谢性神经症状的综合征,为终末期肾脏病的重要并发症之一,病死率高,具有独特的病理特点和临床表现。文章分别从现代医学和中医学两个方面综述UE的病因病机、诊断及治疗的最新研究进展,为临床诊治提供思路。Uremic encephalopathy(UE)is one of the most important complications of end-stage renal disease with a high mortality rate.It is a syndrome of widely reversible metabolic neurological symptoms caused by severe renal failure.UE has unique pathological features and clinical manifestations.This article reviewed the latest research progress of UE from two aspects of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,such as etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment.
