摘  要:目的基于数据挖掘技术研究国家级名老中医刘铁军教授辨治吐酸的临床用药及规律分析。方法以中医传承辅助平台为分析工具,全面、详细地统计患者的诊疗信息,并对处方数据进行频数分析、聚类分析及关联规则分析。结果治疗吐酸的核心处方由黄连、吴茱萸、大黄、石膏、煅瓦楞子、甘草、海螵蛸组成。结论辨治吐酸时,刘铁军教授用药常寒热并重,攻补兼施,阴阳并举,散收相宜;并重视通腑排毒,运用“脏毒腑秽”学说,治以通腑除秽,巧妙地运用下法,使邪气有出路,临床效果显著。Objective To study the clinical medication and rule analysis of Professor Liu Tiejun’s treatment of acid regurgitation based on data mining technology.Methods With the TCM inheritance assistance platform as the analysis tool,the diagnosis and treat⁃ment information of patients was comprehensively and detailed counted,and the frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis were carried out on the prescription data.Results The core prescription was composed of Coptis chinensis,dogwood,rhu⁃barb,gypsum,calcined corrugated seed,licorice and cuttlebone.Conclusion Professor Liu Tiejun often attaches equal importance to cold and heat,attack and tonifying both,yin and yang simultaneously,and disperses and retreats appropriately.He attaches great im⁃portance to Tongfu and detoxification,and applies the theory of“zang-fu poison”to skillfully use the purgative method to make the pathogenic factor have a way out,and the clinical effect is significant.
