妇科排毒汤联合干扰素凝胶治疗宫颈炎并高危HPV感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科排毒汤联合干扰素凝胶治疗宫颈炎并高危人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年6月弋阳县中医院收治的100例宫颈炎并高危HPV感染患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组给予干扰素凝胶,观察组加用妇科排毒汤,持续治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效、HPV病毒载量、炎症因子水平、免疫功能及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的80.00%(40/50)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组HPV病毒载量、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)低于对照组,CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)、CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)水平高于对照组,CD^(8+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇科排毒汤联合干扰素凝胶可提高宫颈炎并高危HPV感染者的治疗效果,减轻宫颈炎症反应,降低HPV病毒载量,加快免疫功能恢复,安全可靠。Objective To explore the effect of Fuke Paidu decoction combined with interferon gel in the treatment of cervicitis with high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervicitis and high-risk HPV infection admit⁃ted to Yiyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with interferon gel,and the observation group was treated with Fuke Paidu decoction for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,HPV viral load,levels of inflammatory factors,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than that of control group(80.00%,40/50)(P<0.05).After treatment,HPV viral load,interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were lower than those in control group,CD^(3+),CD^(4+),CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)levels were higher than those in control group,and CD8+levels were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant dif⁃ference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fuke Paidu decoction combined with interferon gel can im⁃prove the therapeutic effect of cervicitis and high-risk HPV infection,reduce the reaction of patients with cervicitis,reduce the load of HPV virus,accelerate the recovery of immune function,and is safe and reliable.
