电针联合竹圈姜灸法治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨电针联合竹圈姜灸法治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的临床效果。方法通过回顾性分析,选取2020年3月—2022年12月江西省萍乡市中医院收治的寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经患者60例,以随机化原则分为试验组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予电针配合艾盒灸治疗,试验组给予电针联合竹圈姜灸法治疗,观察两组临床疗效、痛经症状评分。结果试验组治疗总有效率为93.3%(28/30),高于对照组的70.0%(21/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组痛经症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针联合竹圈姜灸法用于寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经,有明显疗效,可减少疼痛和门诊治疗的时间,对患者的恢复有积极作用,在临床上有重要意义。Objective To study the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with bamboo-circled ginger moxibustion in the treat⁃ment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness stagnation type.Methods A total of 60 cases of primary dysmenorrhea with colddampness stagnation from March 2020 to December 2022 in Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into ex⁃perimental group and control group respectively,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with moxa-box moxibustion,while the experimental group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with bamboocircled ginger moxibustion.The clinical efficacy and dysmenorrhea symptom scores of the two groups were observed.Results The clinical effect of the test group(93.3%,28/30)was better than that of the control group(70.0%,21/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of dysmenorrhea in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacu⁃puncture combined with bamboo-circled ginger moxibustion has a positive and obvious improvement effect on the patients with pri⁃mary dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness stagnation type,and has a positive effect on the recovery of the patients.It can reduce the pain degree of primary dysmenorrhea,reduce pain relief and outpatient treatment time and has important clinical application significance.
