脐灸联合脏腑推拿在椎间盘源性腰痛中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨脐灸联合脏腑推拿在椎间盘源性腰痛患者中的应用效果。方法选择赣州市中医院2021年10月—2022年10月收治的椎间盘源性腰痛患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组患者采用腰腹肌功能训练联合常规手法治疗,观察组患者采用脐灸联合脏腑推拿治疗。结果观察组患者治疗2周、4周、6周后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分与Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分均低于对照组,治疗6周的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,临床总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对椎间盘源性腰痛患者采用脐灸联合脏腑推拿治疗能够有效缓解其腰痛症状,改善腰部功能障碍,促进炎症因子水平下调,具备确切临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application effect of umbilical moxibustion combined with viscera massage in patients with discogenic low back pain.Methods Patients with discogenic low back pain admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi⁃cine from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and observa⁃tion group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lumbar and abdominal muscle function training combined with conventional manipulation,and the observation group was treated with umbilical moxibustion combined with viscera massage.Results The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores of obser⁃vation group after 2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment were lower than those of control group,and the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),in⁃terleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)after 6 weeks of treatment were lower than those of control group.The total clinical response rate was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with discogenic low back pain,umbilical moxibustion combined with viscera mas⁃sage can effectively relieve the symptoms of low back pain,improve the waist dysfunction,promote the level of inflammatory factors down,and have definite clinical application value.
