穴位埋线联合耳穴贴压治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的运用随机对照基本研究方法比较穴位埋线联合耳穴贴压疗法及常规西药治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果。方法将长春中医药大学附属第三临床医院收治的寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用穴位[三阴交(双)、地机(双)、合谷(双)、太冲(双)、关元]埋线联合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组采用西药治疗。1个疗程为1个完整的月经周期,共3个疗程。观察两组疗效与治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%(29/30)明显优于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合耳穴贴压治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经,临床效果显著。Objective To compare the clinical effects of catgut-embedding therapy combined with auricular plaster therapy and con⁃ventional Western medicine on primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods Sixty cases of primary dys⁃menorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with catgut embedding at acupoints[Sanyinjiao(double),Diji(double),Hegu(double),Ta⁃ichong(double),Guanyuan(double)combined with auricular plaster therapy],and the control group was treated with Western medi⁃cine.The standard for a course of treatment was a full menstrual cycle.The curative effect was observed after 3 courses of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly better than that of the control group(80.00%,24/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding combined with auricular plaster therapy has a significant clinical effect on dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.
