针刺配合康复训练治疗下背痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的探析针刺联合康复训练对下背痛(LBP)的疗效及对患者疼痛程度、康复优良率的影响。方法选择2020年5月—2022年5月在南昌市洪都中医院康复科接受治疗的66例LBP患者,根据随机数字表法分别纳入对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组开展康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗。采用简化McGill疼痛量表评估患者治疗前后腰背部疼痛程度,依据其腰部日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA评分)改善率来计算康复优良率。结果治疗后,两组简化McGill疼痛量表中的疼痛分级指数(PRI)、视觉模拟类比定级(VAS)、现阶段疼痛程度(PPI)评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组康复优良率为93.94%(31/33),高于对照组的72.73%(24/33)(P<0.05)。结论在LBP治疗中,应用针刺联合康复训练可减轻患者腰背局部疼痛症状,促进背部功能改善并减轻相关症状对个体活动、生活的影响。Objective To explore the curative effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on lower back pain(LBP)and the influence on the pain degree and recovery rate of patients.Methods A total of 66 LBP patients who received treatment in Nan⁃chang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as research objects.According to the grouping principle of random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the observation group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The degree of low back pain before and after treatment was assessed using the simplified McGill pain scale,and the rate of good and good recovery was calculated according to the improvement rate of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation Treat⁃ment Score(JOA score).Results After treatment,the pain grading index(PRI),visual analogue analogue scale(VAS)and pain degree at present(PPI)scores of simlified McGill pain scale in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation excellent and good rate of observation group d was 93.94%(31/33),higher than that of control group(72.73%,24/33)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of LBP can alleviate the symptoms of local lumbago pain,promote the improvement of back function and reduce the in⁃fluence of related symptoms on individual activities and life.
