摘　　要：目的探讨吴茱萸盐热奄包应用于肛肠疾病术后患者腹部胀气(简称“腹胀”)护理中的效果。方法选择厦门市中医院2022年5月—2022年11月收治的接受肛肠手术的患者114例,随机分为观察组(56例)和对照组(58例)。对照组采用常规手术后护理干预指导;观察组患者采用腹部按摩与吴茱萸盐热奄包联合护理。比较两组腹压、急性生理与慢性健康状况评分系统(APACHEⅡ)评分、肠鸣音恢复时间、胃肠蠕动恢复时间、首次排气时间、临床疗效、总满意度。结果观察组患者的腹压和APACHEⅡ评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、胃肠蠕动恢复时间与首次排气时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率96.43%(54/56)高于对照组的81.03%(47/58)(P<0.05);观察组总满意度94.64%(53/56)高于对照组的82.76%(48/58)(P<0.05)。结论吴茱萸盐热奄包应用于肛肠疾病术后腹胀护理能够改善患者预后。Objective To investigate the effect of salt fomentation package of fructus evodiae in abdominal distension nursing of pa⁃tients with anorectal diseases after operation.Methods A total of 114 patients received anorectal surgery in Xiamen Hospital of Tradi⁃tional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to November 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group of 56 cases and control group of 58 cases.The control group received routine nursing intervention guidance after operation.The observation group was treated with abdominal massage and salt fomentation package of fructus evodiae.Abdominal pressure,acute physiological and chronic health status scoring system(APACHEⅡ)score,bowel sound recovery time,gastrointestinal peristalsis recovery time,first exhaust time,clinical efficacy and total satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The abdominal pressure and APACHEⅡscore of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of intestinal ringing,gastro⁃intestinal peristalsis and first exhaust time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.43%(54/56),which was higher than that of the control group(81.03%,47/58)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 94.64%(53/56),which was higher than that of the control group(82.76%,48/58)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of salt fomentation package of fructus evodiae in abdominal distension nursing after anorectal diseases can improve the prognosis of patients.
