参苓健脾饮治疗脾虚湿盛型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察参苓健脾饮治疗脾虚湿盛型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的临床效果及对肝功能指标、乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA水平、肝脏硬度的影响。方法将70例脾虚湿盛型慢性乙型肝炎患者随机平均分为两组,对照组给予保肝、降酶、抗病毒治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予参苓健脾饮治疗。治疗3个月后观察两组患者中医证候评分、肝功能、肝脏硬度、血清病毒载量等情况。结果治疗后治疗组中医证候评分、肝功能各指标、肝脏硬度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参苓健脾饮联合恩替卡韦分散片在改善脾虚湿盛型慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者中医证候、肝功能、肝硬度值方面效果优于单用恩替卡韦分散片。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenling Jianpi decoction in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with spleen deficiency and dampness excess and its effect on liver function,HBV DNA and Fibroscan.Methods A total of 70 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients with spleen deficiency and dampness excess type were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with liver protection,enzyme reduction and antiviral treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Shenling Jianpi decoc⁃tion on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,total effective rate,liver function,Fi⁃broscan,HBV DNA,etc.of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,liver function,Fibroscan in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenling Jianpi decoction combined with ente⁃cavir dispersible tablets is better than entecavir dispersible tablets alone in improving TCM syndrome,liver function and liver hard⁃ness in patients with chronic hepatitis B of spleen deficiency and dampness excess.
