摘　　要：文章介绍张霄峰主任中医师治疗肺癌的经验。先天禀赋不足、饮食内伤、情志失调、邪毒滞留等,均可导致正气亏虚。正气内虚,痰湿停聚,癌毒侵肺是肺癌的主要病机特点。其虚证以气虚、阴虚为主,实证则以痰湿、癌毒、瘀血为主,而正虚贯穿始终。结合肺癌的病机特点,张霄峰老师自拟金苈补肺汤治疗,全方寒温、清补并用,升降、收散并用,肺肾同调,标本兼顾,灵活化裁,可控制瘤体进展速度,提高患者的生活质量,延长生存期。文末附典型医案1则。This article introduced the experience in treating lung cancer by the Chief Physician of traditional Chinese medicine Zhang Xiaofeng.Inadequate innate endowments,dietary internal injuries,emotional disorders and toxin retention can all lead to deficiency of healthy qi.The main pathogenesis characteristics of lung cancer are deficiency of healthy qi,stagnation of phlegm and dampness,and invasion of cancer toxin into the lungs.The deficiency syndrome is characterized by qi deficiency and yin deficiency,while the excess syndrome is mainly characterized by phlegm dampness,cancer toxin and blood stasis.Deficiency of healthy qi runs through lung can⁃cer throughout.Based on the pathogenesis characteristics of lung cancer,the teacher Zhang Xiaofeng has created the Jinli Bufei decoc⁃tion,which is a combined method of cold and warm,clearing and tonifying,ascending and descending,astringing and dispersing.Ac⁃cording to flexible adjustment of medication,the lung and kidney are in harmony,tip and root are taken into account,the speed of tu⁃mor progression is controlled,the quality of life of lung cancer patients is improved,and their survival period is extended.A typical medical case was attached at the end of this article.
