摘　　要：壮医药治疗风湿病历史悠久,经验丰富。李凤珍主任医师从事壮医药发掘整理、临床工作30余年,擅长治疗骨关节炎、类风湿关节炎、痛风、强直性脊柱炎、系统性硬化症等风湿免疫系统疾病,强调“毒虚致病”,重视壮药内服与外治相结合,临床效果显著。系统性硬化症是全球罕见病之一,治疗难度大。文章从壮医的角度,阐述了李凤珍主任医师诊治系统性硬化症的思路,并附验案举隅。Zhuang medicine has a long history in treating rheumatic diseases with extensive experience.Chief Physician Li Fengzhen has been engaged in the excavation and clinical work of Zhuang Medicine for more than 30 years,and is good at treating rheumatic im⁃mune system diseases such as osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,gout,ankylosing spondylitis,systemic sclerosis,etc.She emphasizes poison deficiency causes disease,attaches importance to the combination of internal and external treatment of Zhuang medicine,and achieves significant clinical effect.Systemic sclerosis is one of the rare diseases in the world,and the treatment is difficult.This article described the diagnosis and treatment of systemic sclerosis from the perspective of Zhuang medicine with medical records.
