复方狗骨胶颗粒治疗骨质疏松症临床体会

摘　　要：中国骨量下降人群众多,骨质疏松症已成为影响中老年人健康的棘手疾病。西医主要通过分析造成骨骼密度异常的因素并进行干预以治疗骨质疏松症,效果差且不易逆转。根据肾藏精、主骨、生髓等中医理论,复方狗骨胶颗粒在狗骨胶中加入具有补肾益气、活血化瘀功效的中药,可补肾健骨,有利于骨骼健壮、远离骨折危害。There are a large number of people with decreased bone mass in China,and osteoporosis has become a difficult disease af⁃fecting the health of middle-aged and elderly people.Western medicine treats osteoporosis mainly by analyzing the pathogenic factors affecting abnormal bone density as a means,and the therapeutic effect is poor and not easy to reverse.According to traditional Chinese medicine theories such as kidney stores essence,governs the bones,and generates marrow,compound Gougujiao granule is a tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine for adding dog bone glue to tonifying kidney and qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,which can increase the effect of tonifying kidney and strengthening bones,and help to keep bones strong and away from fracture haz⁃ards.
