摘　　要：目的阐述基于五脏理论论治湿疹的经验,为湿疹的治疗提供系统的思路。方法总结临床湿疹诊疗经验,分析其病因病机、治则治法及应用思路,基于五脏理论系统阐述湿疹的辨治思路。结果五脏任何一脏的功能失调均可引起湿疹的发生,不同脏腑对应的治则不同,临床中应分清主次、探明病因,以五脏为中心,辨证论治。结论基于五脏理论论治湿疹的思路对于临床学习具有一定的指导意义,值得进一步推广使用。Objective To expound the experience of treating eczema based on the theory of five zang organs,provide systematic ideas for the treatment of eczema.Methods The clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of eczema was summarized,the etiology,pathogenesis,principles and methods of treatment and application ideas were analyzed.Based on the theory of the five zang organs,this paper systematically expounded the idea of the differentiation and treatment of eczema.Results The dysfunction of any of the five zang organs can cause eczema,different viscera correspond to different treatments.In clinical practice,it should be distinguished the primary and secondary,explore its causes,and treat it differentially with the five zang organs as the center.Conclusion The idea of treating eczema from the five zang organs has certain guiding significance for clinical study,it is worth further promotion and use.
