香丹注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价香丹注射液治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称“冠心病”)心绞痛的效果和安全性,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普网、PubMed等中英文数据库。检索时限从各数据库建库之日起到2022年10月24日止。筛选文献,提取资料后使用Cochrane官方网站推荐的偏倚风险评估工具对纳入的文献进行有效评价后,采用Rev Man 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入10项随机对照试验(RCT),总样本量920例。Meta分析结果显示,试验组患者心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、治疗后低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、治疗后血浆黏稠度水平与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应(ADR)发生率差异无统计学意义。结论香丹注射液可用于治疗冠心病心绞痛,安全性较好且对血脂水平、血液黏稠度有一定的改善。其疗效需要进一步扩大样本量加以证实。Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiangdan injection in the treatment of coronary angina pec⁃toris and to provide reference for clinical safe drug use.Methods China Biology Medicine disc,CNKI,VIP,PubMed and other Chi⁃nese and English databases were searched by computer.The search time limit is from the date of the establishment of each database to October 24,2022.After screening the literature and extracting the data,the authors use the bias risk assessment tool recommended by the official website of Cochrane to effectively evaluate the included literature,and then use Rev Man 5.4 software for Meta analysis.Results A total of 10 randomized controlled trials(RCT)were included,with a total sample size of 920 cases.The results of Meta analysis showed that the efficacy of coronary angina pectoris,the efficacy of electrocardiogram,the level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol after treatment,and the level of plasma viscosity after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of ad⁃verse reactions(ADR)after treatment was not statistically significant.Conclusion Xiangdan injection can be used in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris,with good safety and certain improvement in blood lipid level and blood viscosity.The conclusion of curative effect needs to be confirmed by further expanding the sample size.
