摘　　要：目的系统评价火针治疗慢性湿疹的临床有效性,为临床合理治疗慢性湿疹提供循证依据。方法检索各文献数据库创库至今所有火针治疗慢性湿疹的相关临床文献,运用Rev Man 5.4.1软件,辅以STATA 12.0对其总有效率结局指标进行分析。结果12篇文献符合纳入标准,累计病例779例。系统评价提示,试验组与对照组差异有统计学意义(OR=3.85,95%CI[2.42,6.12],P<0.00001)。结论Meta分析结果表明,相较于常规西药治疗,火针治疗慢性湿疹的效果存在明显优势。然而纳入文献数量不足或质量欠佳,影响结果的论证强度,尚需要更多大样本、高质量、多中心的随机对照试验加强此结论。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of chronic eczema treated with fire needle,in order to provide evidence-based basis for clinical rational treatment of chronic eczema.Methods All clinical literatures related to the treatment of chronic eczema by fire needle were retrieved from each literature database.Total effective rate indexes were analyzed by Rev Man 5.4.1 software and STATA 12.0 software.Results A total of 12 literatures met the inclusion criteria,including 779 cases.System evalu⁃ation indicated that the total effective rate was statistically significant between the fire needle group and the conventional Western medicine group(OR=3.85,95%CI[2.42,6.12],P<0.00001).Conclusion Meta-analysis results showed that compared with conven⁃tional Western medicine,fire needle has obvious advantages in the treatment of chronic eczema.However,due to the insufficient quan⁃tity or quality of the included literature,the demonstration strength of the results is affected,and more large-sample,high-quality,multi-center randomized controlled trials are needed to strengthen this conclusion.
