督脉熏蒸治疗产后腹痛血寒证临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察产后腹痛血寒证应用督脉熏蒸治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2020年2月—2022年2月遂川县妇幼保健院产后腹痛血寒证患者70例,依据干预方法分为督脉熏蒸组、常规干预组,各35例。统计分析两组疼痛分级、腹痛程度、中医证候积分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果督脉熏蒸组疼痛分级0级比率高于常规干预组,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级比率均低于常规干预组(P<0.05)。督脉熏蒸组患者的疼痛状况(PPI)、疼痛评级指数(PRI)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及中医证候积分均低于常规干预组(P<0.05)。督脉熏蒸组总有效率为97.14%(34/35),高于常规干预组的77.14%(27/35)(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论督脉熏蒸治疗产后腹痛血寒证的临床效果好,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Du meridian fumigation in the treatment of postpartum abdominal pain with blood cold syndrome.Methods Seventy patients with postpartum abdominal pain with blood cold syndrome in Suichuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively selected.According to the intervention methods,they were divided into Du meridian fumigation group and conventional intervention group,with 35 cases in each group.The pain grade,de⁃gree of abdominal pain,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Re⁃sults The rate of pain grade 0 in the Du meridian fumigation group was higher than that in the conventional intervention group,and the rates of gradeⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere lower than those in the conventional intervention group(P<0.05).The PPI score,PRI score,VAS score and TCM syndrome score in the Du meridian fumigation group were lower than those in the conventional intervention group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in Du meridian fumigation group was 97.14%(34/35),higher than that in conventional inter⁃vention group(77.14%,27/35)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the adverse reaction rates in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Du meridian fumigation has good clinical effect in treating postpartum abdominal pain with blood cold syndrome and is worth popularizing.
