耳部火灸治疗突发性耳聋耳鸣的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨耳部火灸治疗突发性耳聋耳鸣患者的效果。方法纳入江西省中西医结合医院2021年12月—2022年12月收治的突发性耳聋耳鸣患者66例,以随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各33例。对照组予西医常规治疗(注入注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗),研究组在对照组基础上予耳部火灸疗法。治疗后评估两组临床效果、中医证候积分并记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.97%(32/33),高于对照组的81.82%(27/33)(P<0.05),治疗后,研究组耳闷、耳胀、听力下降、舌红苔黄的中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率为12.12%(4/33),高于对照组的6.06%(2/33),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予突发性耳聋耳鸣患者耳部火灸疗法可收获理想效果,有利于降低患者中医证候积分,且安全性较高,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the effect of auricular fire moxibustion therapy in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus.Methods A total of 66 patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus admitted to Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were included and divided into study group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases)by random number table method.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment(methylprednisolone sodium succinate),and the study group applied auricular fire moxibustion therapy on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,their TCM symptom scores were observed,and the occurrence of adverse reac⁃tions during treatment was recorded.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.97%(32/33),which was higher than that of the control group(81.82%,27/33)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of auricular boredom,auricular distension,hearing loss and red tongue and yellow fur in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total inci⁃dence of adverse reactions in the study group was 12.12%(4/33),which was higher than that in the control group(6.06%,2/33),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Auricular fire moxibustion therapy for patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus can achieve ideal therapeutic effect,which is conducive to reducing TCM syndrome score,has high safety,and has clini⁃cal popularization value.
