热敏灸结合祛痹健腰丸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究热敏灸结合祛痹健腰丸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床效果。方法选取九江市中医医院2022年1月—2022年9月收治的60例寒湿型LDH患者,按住院床号奇偶数分为两组,各30例。对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊,治疗组在此基础上采用热敏灸结合祛痹健腰丸治疗。比较两组疗效、中医证候积分、腰椎疼痛程度[视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分]、腰椎功能[日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA评分)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)]、不良反应情况。结果治疗3周后,治疗组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),较对照组的73.33%(22/30)高(P<0.05)。两组治疗3周后中医证候积分、VAS评分、ODI比重较治疗前低,且治疗组较对照组低(P<0.05)。两组治疗3周后JOA评分较治疗前高,且治疗组较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热敏灸结合祛痹健腰丸治疗寒湿型LDH效果显著,可降低中医证候积分、缓解腰椎疼痛感、促进腰椎功能恢复,且不增加不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with Qubi Jianyao pill on cold-dampness type lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 60 patients with cold-dampness LDH admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Tradi⁃tional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to September 2022 were randomly divided into two groups according to the odd and even number of hospital beds,with 30 patients in each group.The control group took celecoxib capsule orally,and the treatment group took heat sensitive moxibustion combined with Qubi Jianyao pill on this basis.The curative effect,TCM syndrome score,lumbar pain[Vi⁃sual Analog Scale(VAS)score],lumbar function[Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score]and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%(29/30),higher than that of the control group(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score,VAS score and ODI scoring rate of the two groups after 3 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The JOA score of the two groups after 3 weeks of treatment was higher than that before treat⁃ment,and that of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total in⁃cidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Heat sensitive moxibustion combined with Qubi Jianyao pill has a significant effect on cold dampness type LDH,which can reduce the score of TCM syndrome,relieve lumbar pain,promote the recovery of lumbar function,and do not increase adverse reactions.
