天麻钩藤饮合耳针治疗肝阳上亢型老年高血压病眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察并探讨肝阳上亢型老年高血压病眩晕患者应用天麻钩藤饮联合耳针治疗的临床效果。方法选取江西省兴国县中医院2020年12月—2022年2月收治的肝阳上亢型老年高血压病眩晕患者40例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(给予西医对症治疗)、联合组(在对照组的基础上加用天麻钩藤饮联合耳针治疗),各20例。比较两组总有效率、中医证候评分、神经递质水平。结果联合组总有效率为95.00%(19/20),高于对照组的70.00%(14/20)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候评分、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、神经生长因子(NGF)、P物质(SP)表达水平均显著改善,且联合组较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮联合耳针治疗肝阳上亢型老年高血压病眩晕效果更佳,能够调节患者神经递质、缓解病情。Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng drink combined with auricular acupuncture on el⁃derly hypertensive vertigo caused by hyperactivity of liver yang type.Methods A total of 40 elderly patients with elderly hypertensive vertigo caused by hyperactivity of liver yang type admitted to Xingguo County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2020 to February 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(received symptomatic treatment with Western medicine)and a combined group(received symptomatic treatment and Tianma Gouteng drink combined with auricular acupuncture)using a random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.The total effective rate,TCM syndrome score,and neurotransmitters was com⁃pared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combined group was 95.00%(19/20),which was higher than that of control group(70.00%,14/20)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,neuronal specific enolase(NSE),nerve growth factor(NGF)and Substance P(SP)expression levels of both groups were significantly improved,and the combined group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tianma Gouteng drink combined with auricular acupuncture has a better therapeutic effect,which can regulate neurotransmitters and alleviate the condition.
