建昌帮酒制白芍镇痛抗炎作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的对建昌帮酒制白芍进行镇痛抗炎实验研究。方法分别复制小鼠疼痛反应模型及炎症模型,灌胃给予建昌帮酒制白芍、药典法酒制白芍两种炮制品煎煮液,记录小鼠给药前后的痛阈值、扭体反应次数、肿胀抑制率。各组间采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计比较。结果与阴性对照组相比,建昌帮酒制白芍高剂量组、药典法酒制白芍高剂量组小鼠的痛阈值均明显提高(P<0.05);给药组与布洛芬组小鼠扭体次数均显著减少(P<0.01,P<0.05);建昌帮酒制白芍中、高剂量组及药典法酒制白芍各剂量组小鼠耳廓肿胀度均明显减少(P<0.01,P<0.05),且建昌帮酒制白芍低剂量组有抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀度的趋势(P>0.05)。结论建昌帮酒制白芍、药典法酒制白芍均具有镇痛、抗炎作用,但建昌帮酒制白芍的镇痛、抗炎作用明显增强,此研究为其临床应用提供了科学的数据依据。后期应加强白芍经建昌帮炮制的相关研究,以期更好地服务于临床。Objective To explore the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of radix paeoniae alba products from Jianchangbang method.Methods The pain response model and inflammation model of mice were reproduced respectively.The decoction of two kinds of processed products of radix paeoniae alba made from Jianchangbang and pharmacopoeia were given by gavage.The pain threshold,wristing response times and swelling inhibition rate were recorded before and after injection,while SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the data and compare the differences between groups.Results Compared with the negative control group,the pain threshold of the mice in the high-dose group of Jianchangbang liquor and the high-dose group of pharmacopeia liquor was significantly increased(P<0.05).The writhe times of mice in Jianchanggang liquor and pharmacopeia liquor groups and positive drug ibuprofen group were significantly reduced(P<0.01,P<0.05).The swelling degree of auricle in the middle and high dose groups of Jianchangbang liquor and each dose group of pharmacopeia liquor was significantly reduced(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the low dose of Jianchangbang liquor had a tendency to inhibit the swelling degree of auricle in mice(P>0.05).Conclusion Both of Jianchangbang and pharmacopeia of radix paeoniae alba li⁃quor have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects,but the former were better than the latter,which providing scientific data basis for the processing and tasting of Baipaeony in the clinic,so it should be strengthened the related research of radix paeoniae alba after its processing by Jianchangbang,in order to better serve the clinical practice in the later stage.
