中成药治疗心脏X综合征的研究概况

摘　　要：心脏X综合征(Cardiac syndrome X,CSX)也称为微血管性心绞痛。CSX病程长,且易反复发作,严重影响患者生活质量。大量临床观察发现,中医药对于治疗CSX有明显优势。文章将治疗CSX的中成药按照功效分为益气活血类、行气活血类、滋阴活血类、益气温通类、益气养阴类、交通心肾类六类,总结近15年中成药治疗CSX的研究概况,以期为今后中医药治疗CSX提供便捷参考。Cardiac syndrome X(CSX),also known as microvascular angina.It has a long course of disease and is prone to repeated at⁃tacks,which has seriously affected the quality of life of patients.A large number of clinical observations have found that traditional Chi⁃nese medicine has significant advantages in the treatment of CSX.According to efficacy,this paper divided the Chinese patent medi⁃cines for the treatment of CSX into six categories of benefiting qi and promoting blood circulation,moving qi and promoting blood circu⁃lation,nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation,benefiting qi and harmonizing temperature,tonifying qi and nourishing yin,and communicating with heart and kidney,and summarized the research situations of Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of CSX in the past 15 years,in order to provide a convenient reference for the treatment of CSX with traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
