摘　　要：北京市朝阳区开展全区中药饮片质量监管新模式探索及应用,培训中药饮片质量责任师,开展中药饮片质量监管及新模式应用,对34家医疗机构10种重点中药饮片,共计1435份进行抽检。通过点评数据并分析,得出优等313份,占21.81%;不合格146份,占10.17%。采用SPSS 20.0对数据进行统计分析,得出不同的医疗机构中药饮片质量比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示中药饮片质量责任师的培训具有重要价值,需要加大监管力度、推进新模式应用,以逐步提高中药饮片整体质量。Chaoyang District of Beijing launched the exploration and application of a new model of quality supervision of TCM decoc⁃tion pieces in the whole region.Through the training of TCM decoction pieces quality responsible personnel,the quality supervision of TCM decoction pieces and the application of new mode were carried out.The sampling and review data of 1435 pieces of 10 kinds of TCM decoction pieces from 34 medical institutions were analyzed,and the results showed that 313 pieces were excellent,accounting for 21.81%.A total of 146 pieces were not qualified,accounting for 10.17%.SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis was used for data analysis,and it was concluded that the quality difference of TCM decoction pieces in different medical institutions was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the training of TCM decoction pieces quality responsibility professionals is of great value,and it is necessary to strengthen supervision and promote the application of new models to gradually improve the overall quality of TCM decoction pieces.
