摘 要:煤制乙二醇技术路线符合国家能源战略发展需要,可有效降低对乙二醇的进口依存度。草酸二甲酯加氢反应是该技术路线中的重要部分,铜基催化剂是用于草酸二甲酯加氢反应研究最广泛的催化剂,其在抗高温烧结性能方面仍面临着巨大的挑战。总结并分析了不同种类草酸二甲酯加氢催化剂的设计及构效关系,介绍了低温草酸二甲酯加氢铜基催化剂的改性策略及钌基、银基催化剂等新型多功能催化剂在酯加氢领域的最新研究进展,提出了草酸二甲酯高效低温加氢催化剂未来的研究方向。Coal-to-ethylene glycol technology routes conforms to the development of national energy strategy and can effectively reduce the dependence on imports of ethylene glycol.The hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate(DMO)is an important part of the technical route.Copper-based catalyst is most widely studied for DMO hydrogenation,which still faces a great challenge in improving the high-temperature sintering resistance.This paper summarizes and analyzes the design and structure-activity relationship of different kinds of DMO hydrogenation catalyst materials.The modification strategy of Cu-based catalyst for hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate at low temperature and the latest research progress of new multifunctional catalysts such as ruthenium/silver-based catalysts in ester hydrogenation are also introduced herein.Finally,the future research direction of low temperature and high efficiency hydrogenation catalyst for dimethyl oxalate is proposed.
