摘 要:为进一步确定加氢催化裂化柴油(LCO)中生产轻质芳烃的理想组分,采用小型固定流化床和脉冲裂解实验装置,在反应温度为580℃时对比加氢LCO与茚的催化裂化反应行为,同时对茚的催化裂化反应路径进行研究。结果表明:与加氢LCO催化裂化反应类型完全不同,茚在该条件下主要发生缩合-脱氢反应生成重油和焦炭,缩合-脱氢反应选择性达到80%;其次发生氢转移反应生成茚满,是发生开环裂化反应生成轻质芳烃选择性的2倍;茚与茚满在反应过程中通过氢转移反应相互转化,且茚接近完全转化的反应温度远小于加氢LCO催化裂化生产轻质芳烃的反应温度,在低反应温度(460~520℃)时主要发生氢转移反应生成茚满,在高反应温度(520~640℃)时主要发生缩合-脱氢反应生成多环芳烃和焦炭;开环-裂化生成轻质芳烃的反应不是主导反应,表明茚类不是加氢LCO生产轻质芳烃的理想组分。To further determine the ideal components for the production of light aromatics from hydrotreated ligh cycle oil(LCO),a small-scale fixed fluidized bed pilot plant and pulse cracking test setup were used to compare the catalytic cracking reaction behaviors of hydrotreated LCO and indene at a reaction temperature of 580℃,and the catalytic cracking reaction pathways of indene were also investigated.The results show that being completely different from the catalytic cracking of hydrotreated LCO,indene mainly underwent condensation-dehydrogenation reaction to produce slurry and coke under these conditions,with the selectivity of condensation-dehydrogenation reaction up to 80%;next,hydrogen transfer reaction to produce indan occurred,with the selectivity twice that of the ring-opening cracking reaction to produce light aromatics.During the reaction,indene and indan were converted into each other through hydrogen transfer reaction,and the reaction temperature of indene near complete conversion was much lower than that of hydrotreated LCO catalytic cracking to produce light aromatics;the hydrogen transfer reaction to produce indan occurred mainly at low reaction temperature(460—520℃),and the condensation-dehydrogenation reaction to produce polycyclic aromatics and coke occurred mainly at high reaction temperature(520—640℃).The ring-opening cracking reaction to produce light aromatics does not play a dominant role,indicating that indene is not an ideal component for the production of light aromatics by hydrotreated LCO catalytic cracking.
