摘 要:石油化工工艺大部分为催化过程,所采用的催化剂主要为各类分子筛、氧化物以及负载金属的氧化物或分子筛等,红外光谱广泛应用于这些催化材料的结构表征研究。主要介绍了红外光谱的原理和仪器附件及实验技术的发展,并综述了在石油化工领域红外光谱及其原位技术国内外的应用和进展。随着原位反应池和实验技术的迅速发展,不但可以直接获取本体骨架结构和杂原子键合状态,还可以通过探针分子或反应分子的原位(in situ、operando)表征获得其表面羟基、不同金属活性中心的结构分布和表面反应物吸附选择性等信息,甚至能够捕捉到活化中间体和产物结构等信息,进而深入进行催化材料的构效分析和反应机理的研究。笔者通过文献调研和实践积累总结出红外表征的实用经验和参考数据,并结合实际工业剂研发中的应用案例来阐述红外光谱在石油化工工业的产业升级以及低碳绿色化发展中的支撑和前瞻作用。Most petrochemical technologies are catalytic processes,and the catalysts used are dominated by various molecular sieves,oxides,and metal supported oxides or molecular sieves.Further,infrared spectroscopy is widely applied in the structural characterization of these catalytic materials.The paper mainly introduces the principle of infrared spectroscopy and the development of instrument accessories and experimental technology,and also summarizes the application and progress of infrared spectroscopy and in situ technology in the field of petrochemical industry.With the rapid development of in situ reaction cells and experimental techniques in recent years,it is possible not only to directly obtain the bulk skeleton structure and heteroatom bonding state,but also to acquire the information involving OH groups on the surface of catalysts,the structural distribution of different metal active centers,and the adsorption selectivity of surface reactants through in situ or operando characterization of probe molecules or reaction molecules,and even to capture information such as the structure of activated intermediates and products.On this basis,further research was performed on the structure activity analysis and reaction mechanism of catalytic materials.The support and forward-looking role of infrared spectroscopy in the industrial upgrading of petrochemical industry and the low-carbon and green development are also illustrated through application cases in the actual R&D of industrial agents.
