硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究硝苯地平缓释片配合厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压患者的临床疗效。方法96例老年高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合厄贝沙坦治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后血压指标,住院时间和精神状态,用药依从性。结果治疗后,观察组患者收缩压(142.28±6.74)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(84.56±5.08)mm Hg均低于对照组的(148.42±7.36)、(93.01±5.72)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间(10.33±2.41)d短于对照组的(20.12±4.32)d,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分(49.37±4.25)分低于对照组的(59.68±5.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总依从率为97.92%,高于对照组的85.42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平缓释片配合厄贝沙坦不仅能控制老年高血压患者的血压水平,还能改善患者的精神状态,缩短住院时间,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nifedipine-sustained release tablets combined with irbesartan in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 96 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with irbesartan on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure indicators before and after treatment,length of hospital stay,mental status,and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure in the observation group was(142.28±6.74)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and the diastolic blood pressure was(84.56±5.08)mm Hg,which were lower than(148.42±7.36)and(93.01±5.72)mm Hg in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter length of hospital stay of(10.33±2.41)d than(20.12±4.32)d of the control group,and lower score of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)of(49.37±4.25)points than(59.68±5.12)points of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate was 97.92%in the observation group,which was higher than 85.42%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine-sustained release tablets combined with irbesartan can not only control the blood pressure level of elderly hypertensive patients,but also improve the patient's mental state,shorten the length of hospital stay.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
