达英-35与优思明在多囊卵巢综合征治疗中的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比多囊卵巢综合征使用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(商品名:达英-35)与屈螺酮炔雌醇片(商品名:优思明)治疗的临床疗效。方法80例多囊卵巢综合征患者,根据患者的治疗方案不同进行分组,分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组使用达英-35治疗,观察组使用优思明治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后相关激素水平、血脂指标,治疗后规律月经率、排卵率、妊娠率,治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果两组患者在治疗后,促卵泡激素、睾酮、雌二醇、黄体生成素水平对比,无差异性(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(T-CHO)分别为(2.63±0.23)、(2.16±0.19)、(3.92±0.47)mmol/L,均明显优于对照组的(3.07±0.29)、(2.01±0.18)、(4.15±0.49)mmol/L(P<0.05);观察组的规律月经率为45.00%、排卵率为45.00%、妊娠率为35.00%,与对照组的42.50%、42.50%、32.50%对比,无差异性(P>0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为15.00%,与对照组的20.00%对比,无差异性(P>0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者接受达英-35与优思明治疗时,均可以获得良好的治疗效果,但是使用优思明治疗时患者的血脂代谢更好,更有利于保护患者的血管,因此推荐使用优思明治疗。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets(trade name:Diane-35)and drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets(trade name:Yasmin)in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group based on different treatment plans,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Diane-35,while the observation group was treated with Yasmin.The relevant hormone levels and blood lipid indexes before and after treatment,regular menstrual cycle rate,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,testosterone,estradiol and luteinizing hormone in the two groups were compared,and there was no difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and total cholesterol(T-CHO)in the observation group were(2.63±0.23),(2.16±0.19)and(3.92±0.47)mmol/L,which were significantly better than(3.07±0.29),(2.01±0.18)and(4.15±0.49)mmol/L in the control group(P<0.05).The regular menstrual cycle rate,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were 45.00%,45.00%and 35.00%,and there was no difference compared with 42.50%,42.50%and 32.50%in the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.00%,and there was no difference compared with 20.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can achieve good therapeutic effects when receiving both Diane-35 and Yasmin treatment.However,when using Yasmin treatment,the patient's blood lipid metabolism is better,which is more conducive to protecting the patient's blood vessels.Therefore,it is recommended to use Yasmin treatment.
