分析磷酸奥司他韦颗粒与喜炎平注射液联合治疗儿童乙型流感的效果

摘　　要：目的探析儿童乙型流行性感冒(流感)患儿接受磷酸奥司他韦颗粒联合喜炎平注射液治疗的临床效果。方法选取98例乙型流感患儿为研究对象,结合奇偶分组法分为常规组(磷酸奥司他韦颗粒单一治疗)与联合组(磷酸奥司他韦颗粒与喜炎平注射液联合治疗),各49例。对比两组患儿临床疗效、临床好转指标、不良反应发生率。结果联合组临床治疗总有效率95.92%比常规组的79.59%高(P<0.05)。联合组退热时间(2.11±0.45)d、咳嗽好转时间(3.42±0.87)d、住院时间(6.12±0.42)d均比常规组的(3.36±0.35)、(4.31±0.89)、(7.47±0.27)d短(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较未见统计差异(P>0.05)。结论对乙型流感患儿实施磷酸奥司他韦颗粒联合喜炎平注射液治疗,可对患儿症状进行有效改善,加快恢复,并在安全性基础上发挥出显著治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of oseltamivir phosphate granules and Xiyanping injection in the treatment of influenza B in children.Methods A total of 98 children with influenza B were selected as the study subjects and divided into a conventional group(treated with oseltamivir phosphate granules)and a combination group(treated with oseltamivir phosphate granules and Xiyanping injection)by odd-even grouping method,with 49 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,clinical improvement index and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the combination group was 95.92%,which was higher than 79.59%in the conventional group(P<0.05).In the combination group,the duration of fever was(2.11±0.45)d,the cough remission time was(3.42±0.87)d and the hospitalization time was(6.12±0.42)d,which were shorter than(3.36±0.35),(4.31±0.89)and(7.47±0.27)d in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of oseltamivir phosphate granules combined with Xiyanping injection in children with influenza B can effectively improve the symptoms of children,accelerate recovery,and play a significant treatment effect while ensuring safety.
