丹参多酚酸盐联合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析丹参多酚酸盐联合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的应用效果。方法选取DPN患者98例,按照随机数字表法进行分组,即对照组及研究组,各49例。两组患者均积极控制血糖水平,对照组使用甲钴胺治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗。对比两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况以及治疗前后正中神经的神经传导指标(感觉神经传导速度与运动神经传导速度)。结果研究组总有效率95.92%较对照组的81.63%高(P<0.05)。两组治疗前正中神经的运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度对比,结果未见差异性(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组正中神经的运动神经传导速度(57.03±3.00)m/s、感觉神经传导速度(50.36±2.47)m/s均较对照组的(52.65±3.00)、(44.65±2.89)m/s快(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率比较中,两组结果未见差异性(P>0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐联合甲钴胺能够有效改善DPN患者的临床症状与神经传导速度,安全性较佳,具有临床应用与推广价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of salvianolate combined with mecobalamin on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 98 DPN patients were selected and grouped according to random number table method,namely control group and study group,each with 49 cases.Patients in both groups actively controlled blood glucose levels,the control group was treated with mecobalamin,and the study group was treated with salvianolate on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and nerve conduction indexes(sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity)of the median nerve before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.92%in the study group was higher than 81.63%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the median nerve were(57.03±3.00)and(50.36±2.47)m/s in the study group,which were faster than(52.65±3.00)and(44.65±2.89)m/s in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Salvianolate combined with mecobalamin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity of DPN patients,with a good safety profile,and has clinical application and promotion value.
