中医推拿联合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研讨中医推拿联合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果。方法选择80例因椎动脉型颈椎病收治入院的患者作为本次研究对象,根据临床实验要求,将患者随机分成对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组给予中医推拿治疗,观察组给予中医推拿联合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗。均经过为期3个月的规范化治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后症状改善情况、生活质量及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组头晕、头痛、肢体麻木、颈部不适评分分别为(2.63±0.47)、(2.35±0.61)、(2.54±0.23)、(2.20±0.14)分显著低于对照组的(3.83±0.71)、(4.17±0.50)、(3.86±0.74)、(3.98±0.07)分(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组躯体功能评分(84.41±13.22)分、情感变化评分(86.12±14.25)分、社会功能评分(93.17±18.14)分显著高于对照组的(63.31±9.56)、(72.01±10.12)、(80.13±13.12)分(P<0.05)。结论中医推拿联合天麻钩藤饮加减治疗椎动脉型颈椎病具有良好的治疗效果,值得临床普及使用。Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese massage combined with modifed Tianma Gouteng Decoction on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods 80 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the requirements of clinical experiments,80 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases).The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine massage,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with modifed Tianma Gouteng Decoction.Both groups underwent standardized treatment for 3 months.The improvement of symptoms and quality of life scores before and after treatment,and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of dizziness,headache,limb numbness and neck discomfort in the observation group were(2.63±0.47),(2.35±0.61),(2.54±0.23)and(2.20±0.14)points,which were significantly lower than(3.83±0.71),(4.17±0.50),(3.86±0.74)and(3.98±0.07)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 60.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the physical function score in the observation group was(84.41±13.22)points,the emotional change score was(86.12±14.25)points and the social function(93.17±18.14)points,which were significantly higher than(63.31±9.56),(72.01±10.12)and(80.13±13.12)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction shows good effect for vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
