需求层次理论下护理对恶性淋巴瘤化疗患者癌因性疲乏和应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察需求层次理论下护理对恶性淋巴瘤化疗患者癌因性疲乏和应对方式的影响。方法:选取北京航天总医院2022年1月—2024年1月收治的110例恶性淋巴瘤化疗患者,按照随机信封法分为两组,对照组(55例)采用常规护理,研究组(55例)则联用需求层次理论下护理,对比两组应用效果。结果:护理结束后,研究组简易疲劳量表(BFI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时护理结束后,研究组生命质量测定量表(FACT-G)和屈服、回避评分均高于对照组,补体C3、C4、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评定量表(PSQI)、面对评分,以及化疗不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:需求层次理论下护理在恶性淋巴瘤化疗患者中的应用效果较好,能够协助化疗进一步改善其免疫功能,缓解负性情绪和癌因性疲乏,提高睡眠质量,降低化疗不良反应发生风险,实用性较高。Objective:To observe the impact of nursing on cancer-related fatigue and coping strategies in chemotherapy patients with malignant lymphoma under the hierarchy of needs theory.Method:A total of 110 malignant lymphoma chemotherapy patients admitted to Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using the envelope method.The control group(55 cases)received routine nursing care,while the study group(55 cases)received combined nursing care under the hierarchy of needs theory.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing care,the brief fatigue inventory(BFI)score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),at the same time,after nursing care,quality of life measurement scale(FACT-G)and yield and avoidance scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,complement C3,C4,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),face to face score,and the incidence of chemotherapy adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of nursing under the hierarchy of needs theory in malignant lymphoma chemotherapy patients is good,which can assist chemotherapy to further improve their immune function,alleviate negative emotions and cancer-related fatigue,improve sleep quality,reduce the risk of chemotherapy adverse reactions,and has high practicality.
