摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟固肾安胎汤联合黄体酮注射液治疗肾虚证早期先兆流产的临床价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月九江市妇幼保健院收治的第一诊断为早期先兆流产的92例患者,随机分为两组,对照组(n=46)采用黄体酮注射液治疗,观察组(n=46)在对照组基础上联合自拟固肾安胎汤治疗。比较两组疗效、临床症状评分、血清内分泌激素水平、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为91.30%,对照组为76.19%,两组治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组阴道出血、小腹坠痛、腰膝酸软、头晕耳鸣评分均低于对照组,β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)、孕酮(P)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟固肾安胎汤联合黄体酮注射液治疗肾虚证早期先兆流产能提高治疗效果,有效改善患者临床症状,调节内分泌生殖功能,且安全性良好。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of self-made Gushen Antai Decoction combined with Progesterone Injection in the treatment of early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency syndrome.Method:A total of 92 patients with early threatened abortion as the first diagnosis admitted to Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=46)was treated with Progesterone Injection,and the observation group(n=46)was treated with self-made Gushen Antai Decoction on the basis of control group.The efficacy,clinical symptoms scores,serum endocrine hormones levels and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate was 91.30%in the observation group and 76.19%in the control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vaginal bleeding,lower abdominal falling pain,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dizziness and tinnitus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels ofβ-human chorionic gonadotrophin(β-hCG)and progesterone(P)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Gushen Antai Decoction combined with Progesterone Injection in the treatment of early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency syndrome can improve the therapeutic effect,effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,regulate endocrine and reproductive functions,and have good safety.
