摘  要:脑血管疾病泛指为脑血管损害造成的各种疾病,包括脑血管粥样硬化、血栓形成、破裂等,最终引起脑组织缺血及出血的事件,也是现阶段严重妨害中老年人身体健康的主要原因。颈动脉粥样硬化易损斑块是导致缺血性脑血管病发生最主要的原因,并且炎症反应在斑块的形成及进展中也起到了重要的推动作用。本文联合利用影像手段初步探讨微小核糖核酸-124(microRNA-124,miR-124)、整合素β1及相关炎症因子在动脉粥样硬化中的作用。以期对初期识别易损斑块及明确其形成机制奠定理论基础,为预防及治疗脑血管疾病提供理论依据。Cerebrovascular disease refers to a variety of diseases caused by cerebrovascular damage,including cerebrovascular atherosclerosis,thrombosis,rupture,etc.,which ultimately cause cerebral ischaemia and haemorrhage,and it is also the main cause of serious harm to the health of middle-aged and elderly people at this stage.Carotid atherosclerotic vulnerable plaque is the most important cause of ischaemic cerebrovascular disease,and inflammation response also plays an important role in the formation and progression of plaque.In this paper,we jointly explored the role of microRNA-124(miR-124),integrinβ1 and related inflammatory factors in atherosclerosis using imaging tools.It aims to lay a theoretical foundation for the initial identification of vulnerable plaque and clarification of their formation mechanisms,and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.
