摘  要:风力发电机组塔架上无法布设观测点,常规的边角测量方法无法对其挠度进行测量。为实现对塔架挠度的测量,利用全站仪测量风力发电机组塔架挠度的原理,研究提出了一种基于全站仪实现对风力发电机组塔架挠度测量的方法,该方法包括了工艺流程、测站布设和观测计算方法、步骤,分析了测量误差的来源及应对措施。结果表明:该方法流程清晰、技术可行、成本可控,弥补了利用角度观测实现风机塔架挠度测量的技术空白,具有较强的实用性和推广价值。It is impossible to set up observation points on the wind turbine tower,and the deflection cannot be measured by conventional angulateration method.In order to measure the deflection of the tower,a method based on the total station to measure the deflection of the wind turbine tower is proposed.The method includes the process flow,station layout and observation calculation method and steps,and analyzes the source of measurement error and countermeasures.The results show that the method has a clear process,feasible technology and controllable cost,which fills the technical gap of using angle observation to measure the deflection of wind turbine towers,and has great practicality and promotion value.
