基于互动达标理论的温馨护理在老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的目的探讨基于互动达标理论的温馨护理在老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者中的应用。方法方法选取2021年1月~2023年1月在本院就诊的老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者120例,随机分为对照组、观察组,均60例。统计两组用药依从性、血糖、血压水平、饮食行为管理评分。结果结果观察组用药依从率96.67%、饮食行为管理评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血糖、血压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结论基于互动达标理论的温馨护理能够显著提高老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的用药依从性,改善血糖和血压水平及饮食行为管理。Objective To explore the application of warm nursing based on interactive standard theory in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus com-bined with hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in both.Medication compliance,blood glucose,blood pressure and dietary behavior management scores of the two groups were analyzed.Results The medication compliance rate of the observation group was 96.67%,the dietary behavior management score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the blood glucose and blood pressure levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm nursing based on the interactive standard theory can significantly improve the medication compliance of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyper-tension,improve blood glucose and blood pressure levels and dietary behavior management.
