柴苓汤加减治疗儿童支原体肺炎的有效性及安全性探讨

摘　　要：目的目的探讨柴苓汤加减治疗儿童支原体肺炎的有效性及安全性。方法方法选取2020年1月~2023年11月在本院就诊的儿童支原体肺炎患儿60例,对照组常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加柴苓汤加减治疗。统计两组临床疗效、症状、体征持续时间、住院时间、不良反应。结果结果与对照组比较,观察组临床总有效率96.67%更高(P<0.05),观察组症状、体征持续时间、住院时间均更短(P<0.05),氧化应激指标水平均更低(P<0.05)。结论结论柴苓汤加减治疗儿童支原体肺炎具有显著的临床疗效,且安全性良好,可能与减轻机体氧化应激反应有关。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Chailing decoction in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 60 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to No-vember 2023 were selected.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treat-ed with Chai Ling Tang on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,duration of symptoms and signs,length of hospital stay and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%higher(P<0.05),the duration of symptoms,signs and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter(P<0.05),and the levels of oxidative stress indexes were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Chailing Decoction has significant clinical efficacy and good safety in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,which may be related to the alle-viation of oxidative stress.
