摘　　要：军队离退休老干部是一个特殊的群体,他们的心理健康受到广泛关注和重视,军队干休所医务人员应当深刻剖析影响老干部心理健康的因素,对老干部常见心理问题做到早发现、早干预,有针对性的进行个体化干预,能够提高老干部心理健康水平和干休所心理服务能力。Retired military veterans are a special group whose psychological health has received widespread attention,Medical staff at military sanatoriums should analyze thoroughly the factors that affect the psychological health of veteran cadres,early detec-tion and intervention of common psychological problems of veteran cadres.Individualized psychological interference could improve the mental health of veteran cadres,and progress the psychological service quality of medical staff.
