摘 要:磷建筑石膏砌块具有低碳、轻质、防火、保温、隔音等优点,但耐水性差的缺点极大地限制了其应用范围。通过掺入甲基硅酸盐类防水剂来提高磷建筑石膏砌块的耐水性,系统研究甲基硅酸盐类防水剂对磷建筑石膏砌块的吸水率、软化系数、表面接触角、力学性能的影响,并采用X-射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析内掺甲基硅酸盐类防水剂对石膏性能的影响机理。甲基硅酸钠和甲基硅酸钾均能有效改善磷建筑石膏的耐水性能,其中甲基硅酸钠的耐水改性效果更好。随着甲基硅酸盐类防水剂掺量的增加,磷建筑石膏砌块的软化系数先增大后减小再增大,吸水率不断减小,接触角不断增大。甲基硅酸盐类防水剂会在石膏晶体表面形成聚硅氧烷防水膜,从而提高磷建筑石膏的耐水性能,但这种防水膜会影响磷建筑石膏晶体的正常生长,降低磷建筑石膏的力学性能。Phosphorus building gypsum blocks have advantages such as low carbon,light weight,fire resistance,insulation and sound insulation,but their poor water resistance greatly limits their application scope.By adding methylsilicate waterproofing agents to improve the water resistance of phosphorus building gypsum blocks,the effects of methylsilicate waterproofing agents on the water absorption rate,softening coefficient,surface contact angle and mechanical properties of phosphorus building gypsum blocks are systematically studied.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)are used to analyze the mechanism of the effect of methylsilicate waterproofing agents on the performance of the blocks.Sodium methylsilicate and potassium methylsilicate can effectively improve the water resistance of phosphorus building gypsum,with sodium methylsilicate having a better modification effect.With the increase of the dosage of methylsilicate waterproofing agent,the softening coefficient of phosphorus building gypsum blocks first increases then decreases and increases again the water absorption rate continuously decreases,and the contact angle continuously increases.Methylsilicate waterproofing agents can form a polysiloxane waterproof film on the surface of gypsum crystals,thereby improving the water resistance of phosphorus building gypsum.However,this waterproof film can affect the normal growth of phosphorus building gypsum crystals and reduce the mechanical properties of phosphorus building gypsum.
